How discreet is the packaging?
Completely. Everything ships in plain, unbranded boxes with a neutral billing descriptor. Nothing on the outside says Sora.
How long will my order take?
7–12 business days domestic, 10–20 days international — most orders arrive sooner. Free worldwide shipping is auto-applied at checkout, and your tracking link is in the confirmation email.
Is it body-safe?
Yes. Body-safe, always. No phthalates, no latex, no surprises.
What's your return policy?
A 30-day satisfaction guarantee. Unopened items can be returned within 30 days, and anything faulty — opened or not — we'll always make it right.
Can I use it in the bath?
No. Surge is splash and shower safe (IPX6), so a rinse or a steamy shower is fine. It isn't built for full submersion, so please don't use it in the bath or hold it underwater — that can let water in and damage it.
How does it charge?
Surge charges with a magnetic charger — the puck snaps onto the base and clicks into place. There's no charging port to plug into. The USB cable is included in the box.
There's no seal on my box — is that normal?
Yes. Some Surge editions ship without an outer shrink seal — your Surge is brand new and unused. The safety note on the box refers to sealed editions. If anything ever looks off with your order, contact us and we'll sort it straight away.
